NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance # 22-03
Havana Public Library District
Notice is hereby given to the Public that on September 15th, 2022, at the hour of 4:00 P.M. at the Havana
Public Library Annex, 118 South Plum Street, Havana, Illinois, a thirty minute public hearing will be held
on the annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Havana Public Library District for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023. Any person interested in said Budget and Appropriation
Ordinance may be present at said time and place and may be heard in regard to the Budget and
Appropriation Ordinance in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order. The tentative budget is now
on file at the Havana Public Library, at the Library office and may be reviewed prior to the hearing by
requesting a copy by phone to be picked up at the Library or being sent via E-mail.
