At 2:00 p.m on October 28, 2017, the Havana Public Library District Board of Trustees will have a special meeting to discuss the Havana Public Library’s main building with University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign professor and library building consultant Fred Schlipf. The meeting will be held in the Library Annex.
