Petition Filing Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. There will be a one hour break between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Ring the doorbell for assistance or call 309-543-4701. If the director is on her legally mandated rest break, you may be asked to wait up to 15 minutes. *Please note that the library is closed on Mondays. However, the director will be in-building for petition filing only.
