To protect our community from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Havana Public
Library District Board of Trustees is holding this meeting in accordance with the
Governor’s recent Executive Order suspending certain aspects of the Open Meetings
Act during the COVID-19 crisis. A board member will be present at the Library Annex
(118 S. Plum) during this meeting. Members of the public can listen to the audio of the
proceedings using ZOOM or attend in person at the Library Annex (118 S. Plum).

Members of the public may send public comment statements to the Library Director at
director@havana.lib.il.us Please be aware that comments sent to the Library will be
read individually in the public meeting. If you have any questions, please call 309-543-
4701 prior to the meeting.
